JP Yard was founded in 2012 by Jason Pollard with a mission to provide reliable and quality outdoor services to clients in our community. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the needs of our clients, while always staying true to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
As a junior and senior in high school, Jason worked for a local home builder and landscaping company where he developed his passion for working outdoors.
Upon deciding to transition from Active Military Service, Jason began providing services to implement processes and procedures for a service based company.
After returning home to Middle TN, Jason officially launched JPY and immediately offered a wide selection of lawn care and landscaping services throughout the surrounding area. JPY was focused on providing reliable and cost effective service.
after being approached to install a retaining wall for an existing customer, Jason landed on his true passion – retaining wall construction. JPY has installed hundreds of walls, both commercial and residential throughout Middle TN, Southern KY, and Northern AL
Jason identified the need to hire their own Registered Land Surveyor and immediately integrated this into the JPY business model. In the first year, JPY performed 57 surveys!
In addition to our hardscape construction services, we now offer professional land surveying services. Our licensed registered land surveyor has the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and reliable surveying services that benefit our clients in their real estate transactions, home construction process and hardscape construction projects. Having a surveyor involved in project ensures that your project is built to plan and complies with all applicable regulations and standards.
Jason Pollard is the founder and owner of JP Yard, a leading hardscape construction company based in Middle Tennessee. He founded the company in 2012 after gaining valuable experience working with a landscaping company in highschool and college while studying for his Bachelor of Science degree at Middle Tennessee State University.
As a Major in the Marine Corps Reserves, Jason’s leadership and project management skills are a great asset to his business. He is dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces for his clients and has a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
Jason is a Certified Master Allan Block Wall Installer. His certification demonstrates his commitment to quality workmanship and his dedication to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
